About? Me?!

Not a Therapist™ but a provider of experience!

My journey came about after years of working as a patient with New York’s leading somatic therapists. I have learned so deeply from our sessions together as well as the resources they provided. My practice is not from one school or one modality, but it has in fact been years in the making, right under my nose before I even knew! Merging teachings from various practices such as Internal Family Systems, Non-Violent Communication, touch therapies and beyond, I’ve created an experience in which I provide a container for you to continue to whole-heartedly embody your transformation.

Throughout my own transformation, I discovered I held a new capacity to witness those I love in their own transformations. I resonate with them wherever they are on their own path and know when to push and when to listen. Now I’m paying it forward with those who need it most.
